One of the creators of the Creative Movement – Garcia-Plevin® Method. Psychologist, dance therapist movement (DMT) and supervisor for the American Dance Therapy Association, BC-DMT, Italian Art Therapy and APID. Trained by Janet Adler, faculty member of the Circles of Four she leads groups of Authentic Movement in Europe. Former performer and teacher of contemporary dance and composition for the Accademia Nazionale di Danza, Rome.

She has a clinical practice of DMT and  guides sessions of Authentic Movement in her studio in Rovereto.  For several years she led psychiatric patients for ASL Roma C and practiced DMT for the  haematology – oncology department of the Bambino Gesù pediatric hospital in Rome. Co-author of the book Movimento Creativo e Danza, Gremese publisher, 2006.

Teacher and supervisor of the Institute of Expressive Psychotherapy, Art Therapy Italiana, for the Dance Movement Therapy certificate program in the Department of Psychology Bilgi University in Istanbul (Turkey), of the Inspirees Institute in Beijing, (China). Director of the Creative Movement program for Inspirees Education Group she also teaches on faculty of their Dance Movement Therapy program. She has studied calligraphy as black ink painting on rice paper. Stimulated by calligraphic art she experiments with “ brush dance collages”.
