Level Training
Learn how to teach
The objective of the Professional Level is to learn how to teach the methodology of Creative Movement and Mindfulness
It is taught over 10 weekends for a total of 140 contact hours plus 71 hours fo preparation of the internship project, planning, training, evaluation of the project, individual supervision, elaboration of the choreographic project and final thesis.
The Professional Level is a single training course (the credit system does not apply) which must be attended in its entirety. It is structured in Didactic Modules, distributed within a series of weekends, the content being taught through the interconnected didactic units.
To enter this level it is necessary to have attended all the seminars of the Basic Level, i.e. having reached 36 contact credits through the attendance at the seminars and having obtained 6 credits for the elaboration of personal work.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
To know oneself through one’s creative and relational capabilities in terms of movement.
To learn how to use the essential elements of Laban/ Bartenieff/ Hackney models to stimulate the creative process and be able to speak about the movement.
CONTENT
To deepen the practical and theoretical knowledge of the Laban Model of Movement analysis (Effort Shape and Space Harmony) and of body connection patterns (Bartenieff-Hackney):
- Learn to use this knowledge to create improvisation proposals.
- Deepen the knowledge of one’s expressive movement style found in the Basic Level.

Teaching Creative Movement and Mindfulness
AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
Learn how to teach
Learn the educational criteria of Creative Movement and how to adapt it to teach different age groups.
Create a personal practice of movement for personal growth.
CONTENT
Learning how to understand and implement the characteristics of the different phases of teaching connected to the phases of the creative process.
Understanding the function of being a guide. Experience the learning through simulated sessions, with feedback from the group and teachers.

Authentic Movement
AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
Introduce the practice as a support for Creative Movement and Mindfulness teaching
CONTENT
Deepen the ability to observe and to be present in the here and now. Develop the awareness of the role of those who move (the mover – student) and the role of the observer (the witness – teacher) and the relationship between the two positions.
Learn how to become more sensitive to the needs of the students and modulate the proposals during the teaching.

Group
Process
AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
Learn basic group process principles
Observe students in movement, in relationship with other group members and understand their movement and verbal exchange.
Learn to offer creative movement or visual art proposals to facilitate relationships between group members.
CONTENT
Learn the composition criteria of groups. Understand how a group moves through different phases in its evolution.
Learn to perceive the group’s atmosphere and field by listening to your own body.
Learn to guide verbalization in groups (This learning will be achieved through simulated sessions and also fundamental for teaching an internship).

HOW IS THE PROFESSIONAL LEVEL OF TRAINING ORGANIZED?
It is a unit in itself (the credit system does not apply) which must be attended in its entirety. It is structured in Didactic Modules, distributed over 10 weekends, whose contents are offered through interconnected didactic units.
WHAT ARE THE COSTS AND WHEN DOES IT START?
The level begins when at least 10 members have completed the basic level. Cost 1,800 euros.
WHAT REQUIREMENTS ARE NEEDED TO ENTER THE TRAINING?
A high school diploma. Completion of Basic Level course. It is not necessary to have already had experience of movement or dance.
